Paula Kay (PK) has been a real estate professional for a decade. Prior to joining @properties in 2008, PK was Vice President of Marketing at Ricker-Murphy Development LLC, developer of Chicago’s top luxury residential project, Lincoln Park 2520. Previously, she was a Realtor for six years at Rubloff Residential Properties focusing on the Near North luxury residential market. She has built a successful real estate career by combining her instinctive understanding of client needs with detailed analysis to offer ideas and ultimately deliver positive results. PK continuously researches the real estate market, current trends, and all aspects of real estate marketing to provide her clients with timely, expert recommendations.

Raised in Barrington, PK considers herself a native Chicagoan. Even though her work with clients keeps her immersed in various neighborhoods, she is a 25 year resident of Streeterville. “I rely mostly on my personal referral network for my business clients.” Whether you are an investor, a home seller, or a first time buyer, PK will get the job done professionally and personally while achieving your goals. She brings with her a team of experienced and professional lawyers, lenders, inspectors, and architects and will guide you through the entire buying or selling process.

PK continues to develop her extensive business network through her many affiliations and organizations. She is an active member of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She is also an alumna of the Emma Willard School and the University of Oregon as well as a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Executive Club of Chicago and an active member of the Corporate Advisory Board of the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum.

In her spare time, PK is a tri-athlete. Her competitive nature drives her to place in the lead of various swimming competitions such as the Big Shoulders Chicago competition, as well as other open water swims across the country. PK is currently an active member of the Chicago Blue Dolphin swim team.
